Tire Shop & Auto Repair in Bountiful, UT 84010

Awesome service

Great staff great service!

Excellent service, staff is super professional

Great service. I have been asked patron of several other Bountiful tire shops and I feel Big Brand has the best service. They have a large shop space. I mostly like that they would put on and balance my tires without trying to sell me a new set for no good reason.

We live all the way down in St. George, but that doesn’t stop us from making the drive when our cars or trucks need something done! Jim W. is absolutely worth the trip! We know we’re always going to get fast, AMAZING customer service, and most importantly, we know we’re dealing with someone we can trust. Jim has always gone above and beyond for us, and we’ve never had anything but great experiences. It’s so nice to have someone you can count on who genuinely cares about taking care of his customers. That kind of service is hard to find these days, and we appreciate it more than he knows!

Working from out of state and needed my truck down for as little time as possible. Jeremy was super knowledgeable and helpful, got my truck in and done all in the same day. Didn’t try to upsell anything and answered all my questions with the upmost professionalism. Will definitely bring my truck back anytime I need a service or tires and am passing through Utah!

Jim was great, kind, knowledgeable and very professional. Highly recommend!

I’ve been bringing my vehicles here for years, dating back to when the business was American Car Care, and I couldn’t be happier that the wonderful staff has remained through the transition to Big Brand Tire & Service! Brandon, Jim, Alex, and the entire team are truly exceptional. They are consistently friendly, professional, thorough, and efficient. It’s such a pleasure to work with people who genuinely care about their customers and take pride in the quality of their work. One thing I’ve always appreciated is their attention to detail and commitment to making sure my vehicle is safe and running properly. I leave with confidence knowing my car has been in capable, trustworthy hands. Their turnaround times are consistently predictable, and on the occasions when something requires a little more time, they communicate clearly, provide realistic estimates, and often have my vehicle ready sooner than expected. What makes this place especially wonderful is that it truly has the heart of a local, neighborhood business. This is truly a local business in our community where you can walk in and they know your name. That personal connection and genuine sense of community are something special, and it’s one of the many reasons I’ve continued coming back year after year. Over the years, I’ve developed a wonderful relationship with this team, and I truly value the professionalism, kindness, and courtesy they’ve shown. That kind of consistency and personal attention is increasingly rare, and it makes all the difference. They have absolutely earned my trust and loyalty.

Jim always provides the best service.

All the guys are super friendly and approachable as soon as you walk in the door. Fair with pricing and quick service.
