Tire Shop & Auto Repair in Thousand Oaks, CA 91320

Awesome customer service and knowledgeable without being salesy! Appreciate that very much!

I had two cars having oil changes and all was reported ok during the inspection. They answered our questions. They were very short handed because of people calling in sick but they never stopped helping the customers and asking if everything was okay

Great service, free flat repair! Highly recommend!!

Just found this jam down the street from my house that got my oil changed and rotated my tires on the same day. Love the work love the people love how convenient and the price was the best part.

I came in to get my tire repaired due to a screw that was stuck in it. They originally told me that, because the screw was so close to the sidewall, it wouldn’t be repairable. I agreed to replacing the tire. When they took the tire off to replace it, they found that the screw hadn’t gone all the way through. They let me know and cancelled the tire replacement. They could have just replaced the tire anyways and not told me. The honesty impressed me and I was excited that this visit ended up being free after all. This earned my trust as a customer and I will be coming back for all of my tire needs.

Have used this shop for years on several cars and sets of tires, brakes, etc. They’ve always been great!

I had a great experience at the Big Brand Tire in Newbury Park. Michael picked up the phone and was super professional. When I arrived, Joey at the front desk took care of me, and kept everything smooth from start to finish. The whole visit was seamless and took less than an hour and a half. Highly recommend.

I came in to replace all of the tires on my Subaru. Joey the service advisor at the Newbury Park location is honest, accommodating, and made the experience very clear and easy. He took his time to explain 3 offers and the differences between each set of tires. I was given a great price for the tires I wanted, the service was excellent, and the staff were efficient. The company offers an affordable extended warranty on tires that covers everything and costs less than the price of one replacement tire. I highly recommend Big Brand Tires. The location in Newbury Park is great and has a newly remodeled, very comfortable waiting area for customers. If you have the pleasure to work with Joey you won’t be disappointed with the quality of customer service he provides. I will be coming back for sure.
