Came in to get a tire replaced. It was end of day, no appointment, I was stressed out and have been having a time of it, as they say. Bernie helped me out, did me a real solid. He got me a new tire that was comparable to my other three, and the crew put it on super fast. He and they checked out the other tires, gave some recommendations for future services and tire needs, and answered my many questions with kindness, empathy, a genuine smile, and knowledge that helps me know what to do down the road. Bernie and the Big Brand team really helped me to feel safe, secure, and valued not just as a customer, but as a human being. Can't recommend them enough!!

Tire repair. I have taken my car twice to Bernie and has always been so helpful! Didn’t have an appointment either time and was willing to help me without any issues! My boss takes his vehicle there since they are a couple blocks from us and has had exceptional service each time! Highly recommend them for any repairs!
