⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Customer Service! Absolutely fantastic experience at Big Brand Tire & Service! From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to help me. I brought my Toyota Tacoma in because of a vibration around 55 mph. Instead of simply guessing at the problem or trying to sell me unnecessary repairs, they took the time to thoroughly inspect my truck, actually showed me what they were finding, and explained everything clearly. They pointed out some minor tire cupping, showed me a little play in a wheel bearing, and even caught that my rear lug nuts weren't the proper type. They also explained how poorly my wheels had previously been balanced and what a proper balance should look like. What impressed me most was their honesty, professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine willingness to help. They performed a wheel balance at no charge and helped get me set up with the correct lug nuts! It's refreshing to find a shop that treats customers with respect, takes pride in its work, and focuses on finding actual solutions rather than making a quick sale. Big Brand Tire has absolutely earned my respect and my future business! I'll gladly recommend them to anyone looking for honest, knowledgeable, and outstanding automotive service.
