Great experience! They provided excellent service at a very reasonable price. The staff was friendly, honest, and professional. They gave me a really good deal and charged a fair price. I’m very satisfied with their service and would definitely recommend them to others. I’ll be coming back again!”

The customer rep, Bryson from the Fresno tire shop on Shaw Ave, was very helpful and friendly. He quoted me a great deal on some Toyo tires for $670. The alignment was only $110. The total came out very reasonable considering that I got some name brand tires with the alignment. There weren’t too many customers so I didn’t have to wait too long to get the work done. I would definitely recommend Big Brand for tire replacements and alignments.

Brought my own brake pads, it took them 40mins from the time I drove up to leaving. My brakes are as good as new

It's a very reasonable price and it's kind. The brake is called a lifetime guarantee. Of course, it's not free forever, but it's reliable.
