Big Brand has THE BEST customer service, hands down. I needed a flat tire repair on one vehicle and a tire rotation on another vehicle. The manager had both of them done very quickly on a Saturday morning, with no charge. Everyone that works there has a great attitude. I will definitely be going to Big Brand when it’s time for new tires. I highly recommend them.

Been going to these guys for 10 years, great service, friendly staff and cheapest prices around that I've seen in the valley. If they run into issues that will take more time than expected they communicate very clearly and work with you to make things right.
